CSI FingerPrints

Already in the 14th century in Persia instead of signature fingerprints were used to sign formal documents. That was the time, when a sharp-sighted clerk with medical background discovered, that fingerprints are not identical to each other. Plenty of research has been carried out since then.

From 1982 fingerprints have been used to identify criminals. In the workshop you can hear much about fingerprints and everybody can learn how to take fingerprints. Which methods were used in the past and what kind of methods are put into practise nowadays. These questions will be answered in the workshop.

Will you be able to take fingerprints to identify somebody?
Come and try out!
