DNA and candy-bears
 Here in the sweet and colourful workshop we use candy-bears to write the genetic code. A code system of four symbols is used by nature to encode the genetic info in DNA, which we know from biology books as a complicated procedure. Actually it's not as complicated at all as we can playfully prove by using candy-bears. Moreover you can secretly eat the leftovers... Genetic engineering is only one step away from DNA model made of candy-bears. You can learn about the birth story of a peculiar (tailored transgenic) mouse and see the animal with your own eyes.
This workshop is suitable for everyone who is interested in genetics.
