Science Centre AHHAA is happy to welcome all school groups as well as other groups of science fans to its premises in Tartu. Groups consisting of at least 12 people can purchase tickets for a discount price. To help us prepare for your arrival, we advise you to book your group visit at least
7 days in advance.

Attention! The period from 17 May to 4 June (except 19, 20, 27 May and 2, 3 June) is fully booked and we can't accept more reservations!
We apologize and hope you can visit us in summer or autumn!

Tickets

Group discount will only apply to confirmed bookings!

For every 12th member of the group, one accompanying adult can visit the centre for free.

The planetarium can seat a maximum of 14 people. The planetarium show lasts app 30 minutes.

Workshops can be organised for 10 to 35 people (depending on the type of workshop) and the workshops last 30-45 minutes. The minimum number of people needed to organize a workshop is 10.

Payment

Three different payment methods are available:
• Paying with an advance payment invoice – to use this method you need to be sure of the exact number of people in your group and this number needs to remain unchanged. The Centre must receive your payment to its bank account at least 1 business day before your visit.
• Paying in cash or by card at the centre – in case of large groups, it is advisable to collect the money before paying for the tickets at the Centre’s ticket booth.
• Paying with an invoice after the visit – in this case, you need to remember to take a letter of guarantee with you on the day of your visit (the letter needs to include the information of the payer, relevant signatures and a stamp) and hand it over to the Centre’s ticket booth.

Catering

On the 2nd floor of the centre you will find Café Newton that offer special lunch menus for groups at affordable prices (the price of a warm meal+dessert+drink is 3.63 € per person).

Additional information

Buses transporting groups can be parked on the bus parking lot in front of the Centre without any extra charge for 3 hours. To get free parking, ask for a parking card from the ticket booth of the Centre.

There are lockers in the lobby of the Centre that can be locked using 1 € coins, which will be returned to the user after the door has been unlocked.
