Hybrid Conferences

Are you looking for a place to host a hybrid conference? Look no further.

Science Centre AHHAA has the expertise, the equipment and the passion to help you plan a hybrid conference tailored to your needs.
We offer three different hybrid conference packages – Mini, Basic and Premium. These packages differ in terms of the services they include. You can go with the option that best serves your needs.

Why choose AHHAA for your hybrid conference?
  • We support the ability to create a web bridge for up to 6 consecutive hours;
  • Our conference hall can accommodate up to 150 participants;
  • We have all the equipment you need: a presentation computer with a laser pointer, microphone headsets and hand-held microphones, a podium, flipcharts and markers, a projector with a screen, etc.
  • We provide technical support throughout the conference;
  • We can record the event if you wish;
  • We will broadcast the conference on your preferred media platform;
  • We can provide a sound and video director.
You can also trust us to provide you with additional services such as stage design, interpretation, lighting, catering for coffee breaks from Café Newton and an edutainment programme featuring knowledge-based science shows by our Science Theatre and workshops.
AHHAA really is the perfect place for a hybrid conference as it combines the best of both worlds. You will have everything you need for a successful conference.

Hybrid conference MINI

This package is suitable for you if, in addition to room rental, you need tools to host a simple online meeting. The package does not include the room rent itself!

  • USB-C type webcam on a stand
  • WiFi connection (and possibility for cable Internet access)
  • USB microphone
  • Sound and video directing service

  • Virtual event for up to 4 hours
  • Conference hall for 150 people

  • WiFi connection (and possibility for cable Internet access)
  • Bottled water for performers
  • Free parking
