Tickets

• Please don’t yell, run or splash water. Be polite to the fellow visitors (take turns and share the exhibits with the others), especially the yougest ones.
• When you’re exploring our exhibits, please read the instructions first (if you have any questions, our staff will be happy to help you).
• Pets are not allowed in the centre.
• Intoxicated guests will not be allowed in the centre. Our staff has the right to ask you to leave, or refuse from selling you tickets.
• Science Centre AHHAA is not responsible for the personal belongings of the visitors. We strongly recommend keeping your belongings with you at all times, or use the coin lockers in the lobby.
• The centre is not responsible for accidents and does not compensate for damages resulting from them, except cases due to exhibit failures.

* If you violate the house rules and disobey the staff, Science Centre AHHAA has the right to expel you from the centre.  

Our staff (check the orange outfits!) are here to assist you. You can always turn to them if you have any questions, or if you need any additional information. Please listen to their advice and pay attention to their remarks!

NB!  To ensure a safe visiting experience, the exhibits are subject to unannounced maintenance from time to time, which may result in some exhibits being closed. Sorry for the inconvenience!
